- Good winter rains and good fruit set was a sign of a great start. December was moderatley warm with January and February being the warmest. Leading up to March 16 harvest the days were warm and the nights cool making this Riesling vintage a great release showcasing amazing textural mouthfeel and intense fruitness.
- Wine making
- Hand picked whole bunch pressed and free run only. Natural cold settling for 12 days then racked with little solids remaining for wild yeast ferment at low temperature for 6 weeks continuing with lees aging for 8 weeks for extra body, texture, weight and complexity.
